Hmm. That's my lowest weight logged now. I don't really have a target, it's just kinda happening based on the exercise I think... Ah well...

That jump back up is really annoying. Trips away (and Weddings!) can really ruin your focus on eating well. Oh well, getting my act together this week!

Homemade vegetable soup really helps :D Has does copious amounts of rock climbing.
